4. Payment Terms
Medical Billing Services
Billing services are provided on a percentage-based fee structure or flat-rate agreement as specified in your service contract. Fees are calculated based on collections received and billed monthly.
Medical Equipment
All product prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic fund transfers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Refund Policy
Medical equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition. Custom-ordered items are non-refundable. Service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
